Sherpa refers to an ethnic group from the eastern part of Nepal in the Himalayan region. Sherpa people of Nepal inhabit in the lower portion of the Himalayas in the Solukhumbu region. They follow a unique animist culture, history, traditions, that many find really a fascinating one. Sherpas are warm and kind hearted people and have adapted themselves to the high altitude areas of Nepal.

This trek starts with the flight to Lukla and from here you will trek to Phadking and from there to the famous Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar. The trek also provides an interesting to other Sherpa villages of Kunde and Khumjung with the incredible mountain scenery on the background. You will also visit many monasteries; the most famous one is in Thyangboche.
