This famous and popular trekking of the Everest Region offers the fascinating beauty of the Nepal’s mountains including the highest mountain in the world, the Mount Everest.The Gokyo Valley is the most impressive destination of this trekking which is located in the west part of Khumbu. The Gokyo region is famous for the spectacular views of the highest mountains like Mount Everest (8848m), Cho-Oyu (8153m), Mount Lhotse (8501m), Makalu (8463m). Another attraction in the region is the famous lake known as the Gokyo Lake. The most important part of this trek is to view the remarkable ice ridge between Cho Oyu and Gyachung.
The trek provides a unique opportunity to visit the the Ngozunpa glacier which is one of the largest glaciers of Nepal. One can observe the magnifiscent glimpses of the high mountains including including Makalu, Lhotse, and Everest. The trek begins from Lukla with the spectacular views while passing through Namche Bazaar, Thami and Khumjung Valley. As you go higher, you leave behind many waterfalls passing through patches of rhododendron and birch forests, and the grazing yaks. The opportunity of experiencing the Tibeto-Nepalese culture of the Sherpa people, the unique Sherpa valley, their life style and culture, many monasteries and chortens makes the trek culturally enlightening.

Day 04: Phadking to Namche Bazaar (3420m)
Day 05: Acclimatization in Namche (3420)
Day 06: Namche to Phortse Thanga (3500m)
Day 07: Phortse Thanga to Dole (4200m)
Day 08: Dole to Machhermo (4410m)
Day 09: Machhermo to Gokyo (4750m)
Day 10: Acclimatization day in Gokyo
Day 11: Gokyo to Phortse
Day 12: Phortse to Namche Bazaar
Day 13: Namche Bazaar to Lukla
Day 14: Lukla to Kathmandu
Day 15: Leisure day in Kathmandu
